Customized Filter Plate

Longone specializes in manufacturing customized Filter Plates and OEM Filter Plates using precision-molded polypropylene material with a specially designed filtration surface featuring smooth channels to prevent blockages. Our plates incorporate TPE elastomer, fiberglass, and polypropylene, ensuring flexibility, toughness, and rigidity. After CNC machining, our filter plates achieve flatness below 25µm, ensuring excellent sealing during compression and leak-free operation during feeding.

All Longone filter plates, including customized Filter Plates and OEM Filter Plates, meet China JB/T4333.3-2005 and Germany DIN7129 standards, aligning with European and American product specifications. Compared to national standards, our plates improve filtration speed by 20% and enhance density, strength, anti-fatigue, and aging resistance.

Our PP Filter Plates, available as both customized Filter Plates and OEM Filter Plates, withstand a maximum feeding pressure of 1.6Mpa, offering high temperature and pressure resistance, anti-corrosion properties, airtight sealing, short filtration cycles, efficient cake processing, and low cake moisture.

Longone also develops a variety of Chamber Plates, featuring materials such as cast iron, Q235 steel, cast steel, stainless steel, cast copper, aluminum alloy, PP, TPE elastomer, EPDM, and NBR. These plates support a maximum feeding pressure of 3 Mpa, providing high temperature and pressure resistance, superior sealing for cake washing, corrosion resistance, short filtration cycles, and low cake moisture.

Additionally, Longone’s Membrane Plates deliver exceptional filtration performance and significant benefits. They enable precise control of solid content through squeezing pressure and can improve cake solid content with post-filtration squeezing. Membrane plates employ a “Low pressure for filtration, higher pressure for squeezing” approach, enhancing lifespan and reducing energy consumption.
